Reservations for the visit must be made online using the calendar at the bottom of this page of the website.

Reservations are not required for children under 12 years of age accompanied by a responsible adult (no more than two children per adult).

Reservations close two days before the scheduled visit date.

Visit dates are activated on a regular basis, approximately every three months (indicative opening dates are early April, July, October and January).

Once reservations for the available places are fully booked, the whole date will be deactivated. However, we encourage you to keep an eye on the site: in the case of cancellations, the dates will become available again immediately! No waiting lists or overbooked reservations will be activated.

Visits last about an hour. On the day of the visit, please come to the pedestrian entrance (Viale Pier Andrea Mattioli 39, Turin) and stand in the BOOKED line. If you are late, you will not be able to enter the Castle and a new reservation will be requested.

Those who have not made a reservation can go directly to the Castle 15 minutes before the start of the guided tour and stand in the WITHOUT RESERVATION queue. Admission is only possible in the case of cancellation of reservations and in any case up to a maximum of 30 people per group, according to the order of arrival in the queue. 

Without a reservation, access to the Castle is in no way guaranteed.
